Yes, we try to keep the 4th floor as pet free as possible, we can’t guarantee and allergy room, but we do take extra precautions for those who let us know they need a pet free room. 

Yes, our suites offer full kitchens that include a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stovetop/oven, dishwasher, and cooking utensils and dishes.  

Yes, our suites offer full kitchens along with coffee makers.

You may cancel for free any time before 72 hours prior to your arrival day, within that you would be charged the room rate for the first night of your stay. 

We are a 100% non-smoking property!

We are on the river, just 2 short blocks from the Seaside beach and 1 short block from all the main restaurants in downtown Seaside. 

We require a valid debit or credit card on file for all reservations.

If the other party is with you and can provide a valid photo ID that matches the CC then yes.  If the person paying for the room will not be arriving with you, we can send a payment link via e-mail so that they may prepay for the reservation ahead of arrival. We do still need a credit card at check in for incidentals, even when the payment is made online. 

We would be happy to help you make a group reservation (6 rooms or more).

You must be 18 years of age with a valid picture ID to make a reservation.

While many of our suites face the Necanicum river, some have a view of the mountain or both. Please check the title of the room type before booking to ensure you are getting the view you are looking for. Feel free to call us at 503-717-1100 for any further questions.

We do not hold any deposits. Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to day of arrival for a free cancellation.  If you need to cancel within the 72-hour window, a cancellation fee in the amount of the first night’s room rate will apply. Group reservations have a 14-day cancellation policy unless noted otherwise on the group agreement.  

Yes, we have an on-site fitness center, and it’s currently open from 8 AM to 8 PM. 

Yes, we offer daily complimentary continental breakfast. It includes: Hard boiled eggs, yogurt, dry cereal selections, packaged hot oatmeal selections, assorted bagels, assorted scones, milk, almond milk, juice, fruit and condiments. 

• Any of our suites can accommodate Pack n Play cribs, they can be reserved for an additional $10 fee per night.  

• We also offer twin roll-away beds for the 1 & 2 bedroom suites for an additional $30 fee per night.  

• Please note that we are unable to accommodate roll-away beds in our Studio Suites due to local fire code.
