- What is the check-in & check-out time at Rivertide Suites Hotel? Our check-in time is at 4 PM and our check-out time is at 11 AM.
- Is free parking available at Rivertide Suites Hotel? Yes, we offer free on-site parking during your stay with us.
- Is there a pool at Rivertide Suites Hotel? What are the hours? Yes, we have an indoor heated pool & spa. It’s open every day from 9 AM to 9 PM.
- Does Rivertide Suites Hotel have room service? We currently don’t offer room service.
- Are pets allowed at Rivertide Suites Hotel? Yes! We are a dog-friendly hotel. If you would like to bring your pet to stay, please contact us directly at the hotel by calling 503-717-1100.
- Do you have pet-free suites for those with allergies? Yes, we try to keep the 4th floor as pet free as possible, we can’t guarantee and allergy room, but we do take extra precautions for those who let us know they need a pet free room.
- Does Rivertide Suites Hotel have a refrigerator? Yes, our suites offer full kitchens that include a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stovetop/oven, dishwasher, and cooking utensils and dishes.
- Does Rivertide Suites Hotel have a coffee maker? Yes, our suites offer full kitchens along with coffee makers.
- Can I cancel my reservation for free at Rivertide Suites Hotel and receive a full refund? You may cancel for free any time before 72 hours prior to your arrival day, within that you would be charged the room rate for the first night of your stay.
- What is the smoking policy at Rivertide Suites Hotel? We are a 100% non-smoking property!
- How far is the beach from Rivertide Suites Hotel? We are on the river, just 2 short blocks from the Seaside beach and 1 short block from all the main restaurants in downtown Seaside.
- Can I make a reservation without a credit card? We require a valid debit or credit card on file for all reservations.
- Can I use another party’s credit card to pay for my room? If the other party is with you and can provide a valid photo ID that matches the CC then yes. If the person paying for the room will not be arriving with you, we can send a payment link via e-mail so that they may prepay for the reservation ahead of arrival. We do still need a credit card at check in for incidentals, even when the payment is made online.
- How can I make a group reservation?
We would be happy to help you make a group reservation (6 rooms or more).

- What is the minimum age requirement to make a reservation? You must be 18 years of age with a valid picture ID to make a reservation.
- How do I make a special or package request? We would be happy to help your stay extra memorable! You may reserve a package upon booking at www.rivertidesuites.com. If you are looking for special requests or customized packages, please contact us directly at 503-717-1100.
- Does my suite have a Necanicum river view? While many of our suites face the Necanicum river, some have a view of the mountain or both. Please check the title of the room type before booking to ensure you are getting the view you are looking for. Feel free to call us at 503-717-1100 for any further questions.
- How can I purchase a gift certificate? We would be happy to help. Please contact us at 503-717-1100 to purchase your gift certificate.
- What is the cancellation/deposit policy at Rivertide Suites? We do not hold any deposits. Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to day of arrival for a free cancellation. If you need to cancel within the 72-hour window, a cancellation fee in the amount of the first night’s room rate will apply. Group reservations have a 14-day cancellation policy unless noted otherwise on the group agreement.
- Do you have a fitness center? Have are the hours? Yes, we have an on-site fitness center, and it’s currently open from 8 AM to 8 PM.
- Do you offer complimentary breakfast? What does it include? Yes, we offer daily complimentary continental breakfast. It includes: Hard boiled eggs, yogurt, dry cereal selections, packaged hot oatmeal selections, assorted bagels, assorted scones, milk, almond milk, juice, fruit and condiments.
- Will your suites allow a crib? Is there a charge?

Any of our suites can accommodate Pack n Play cribs, they can be reserved for an additional $10 fee per night.

We also offer twin roll-away beds for the 1 & 2 bedroom suites for an additional $30 fee per night.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate roll-away beds in our Studio Suites due to local fire code.
