 Best place in Seaside!
Came to town for a friend's wedding. Everyone had rooms at the Holiday Inn next door, but they had run out by the time I tried to make a reservation. I lucked into finding the Rivertide, and what a great deal that turned out to be. For a little less money than next door would have charged me, I got so much more. My room was more like an efficency apartment. Very large sleeping / living room with double bed, a comfy couch that opened into another bed if needed, and a nice cozy chair in front of the TV. Then a small dining area with table and seating for four that led into the kitchenette with stove, full size fridge, sink , lots of counter space, and even a dishwaher. A small Balcony to sit out on. The bathroom was a little tight but had double sinks and a washer /dryer combo but then went into a separated tub/toilet room with a HUGE whirlpool jet tub! Complimentary breakfast and evening happy hour. Very clean hotel with a friendly staff ready to help with anything you might need. Very convienent location. I could walk everywhere I wanted to go. Next time I come back I'll stay at Rivertide and I'll bring my dog because they are pet friendly too!

2 nights stay, wished we could have extended it
Overall a very nice hotel. We shared a 2 bedroom with another family. Place was clean and we felt comfortable. The list of kitchen utensils were not full, but we made a list for the front desk to fill. Common area was nice and well lit, clean looking as well. Breakfast times can be busy with guests so some times forced to return to room with breakfast, not a big deal. First night we arrived, we used the common BBQ to cook our dinner, very handy. Internet was free, but you had to ask and it was not a consistant policy. Wireless signal was very weak from our suite, so had to use it in the common area for the best signal. Parking was ample and no issues with any of the common areas. Staff were very friendly and we would recommend to our friends.

 Wow,wow,wow
We booked this hotel on our way into town. On our way up the Oregon coast my wife and I have been winging it a bit and picking places as we get to a town. This has proven to be a bit of an adventure! However, this hotel turned out to be quite the pleasant surprise. They only had a few rooms left but the guy we spoke with on the phone was willing to work with us and gave us a great rate. When we arrived, he told us we were going to love our room. Boy did we! It turned out to be a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with a full kitchen. Our first apartment wasn't this nice or this big! The property was very clean and well maintained, the staff was accommodating and friendly. The hotel is only a few blocks from the boardwalk and shops and dining. Our stay included a breakfast, but this was a bit lacking in selection. Other than that the only knock I have with this hotel is that they charge for wi-fi, Boooo! Then when I payed for the service, the signal was really weak. But to their credit, when I mentioned this to the desk clerk at check out, they apologized and removed the charge from my bill. Overall very nice experience and will stay here again if in the area.
