Rivertide Suites consists of Two Bedroom, One Bedroom and Studio Suite units ranging in size from 463 to 830 square feet. Each Seaside, Oregon rental unit is fully furnished with high quality furnishings and finishes. Suites feature granite surfaces, tile, upgraded carpet, pillow-top beds, full kitchens with washer/dryer, flat screen televisions, fireplaces, and all of the hotel services you would expect in a first class hotel. The hotel includes an indoor pool/spa, complimentary breakfast and family gathering room, business center, exercise room, riverfront patio and recreational area, conference rooms, and wi-fi throughout. Each owner has the opportunity to place their suite in the Home Owners Association (HOA) sponsored and professionally managed vacation rental program.
